How to Order ?

3. After finished collecting the product that you want to buy, Fill out your personal information

5. Wait and save the receipt.

How to Pay ?
After you order the products. You can directly pay by Paypal or transfer to our bank account.
Preferable use the Paypal for international transaction.
How do we Deliver ?
After got the confirmation, we will process your order in 1x24 hour and deliver it on 3 times of scheduled hour ( 10.00 a.m. , 14.00 p.m , and 20.00 p.m. )
How to Claim and Refund ?
If there some damage, please inform us max 7 days after the product arrived to you.

A. Return and Refunds
How do I return my items?​
Iif your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for refund.
To start a return please do the following steps:
1. send us an email containing your order number, your email used to order, and the PHOTOS of damaged or faulty items.
2. We process the given information. It takes around 3 business days.
3. Once your return accepted, we send you an email.
4. You will be required to send back the items in 5 days.
8. We will issue your refund two business days after the items arrived

How do I send the items back?
Please send the return with tracked shipping and informs us the shipping code. Also please repack it carefully. Who covers the shipping cost depends on why you're returning it.

How long do I have to wait until I get my money back?
It may takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid via bank transfer, it may take up to 7 days business days, depending on your bank provider.
B. Shipping
How to track my items and check it's status?​
Once your item has left our production house, you'll receive an email containing the shipping code and list of items on that shipment so you can follow all the way to your shipping address.

Why my items are combined by the shipping?
We are more than happy to ship multiple items in a package. It reduces the production time and most importantly your waiting time. Moreover we consider that we can help to save the environment by reducing materials for packaging which usually be wasted directly.

What should I do if the estimated delivery date has passed and my items wasn't there?
Please send us an email and let us know what order number you have. Make sure that you have given an correct address to us.
C. Buying
Can I cancel my orders?​
Of course. It may take few times to process your cancellation if you already transfer amount.

What if I transfer to wrong bank account?
It is outside of our responsibility. We can guarantee the given bank account number is 100% correct. Please contact your service provider.
